*DOE approved is an attendee for whom DOE has agreed to pay the registration fees.  This is NOT open to all DOE contractors -- only those for whom DOE is making payment.  Speak with your DOE conference management team if you are unsure.


‚ÄčCancellation/Substitution Policy
Should you need to cancel your registration, please send a cancellation request to abogus@la-inc.com by November 18, 2021. The cancellation fee will be 40% of the total amount paid. Refunds will not be granted after August 9, 2021. However, registrations can be changed from in-person to virtual if requested.  No refunds will be given to conference no-shows.

‚ÄčThere is a $50 change fee for all substitutions; payment method cannot be changed.
