Cancellation fee is 40% of the total amount paid. Refunds will not be granted after July 21, 2022. No refunds will be given to conference no-shows. There is a $50 change fee for all substitutions.

*DOE approved is an attendee for whom DOE has agreed to pay the registration fees.  This is NOT open to all DOE contractors -- only those for whom DOE is making payment.  Speak with your DOE conference management team if you are unsure.
